It was just an appropriate option for a short layover in Lansing with great value for money. The staff were really accommodating and made sure we had enough towels during our stay. A good tip is to check the room for cleanliness after settling in.

We loved the convenient location near the Horseshoe Hammond Casino, making it easy for us to have a fun night out. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, which made check-in smooth for my family.

My kids wished for more family-friendly activities on-site. A small play area would have been nice.

not the best experience

This place was rough. My King Room Smoking had issues like a hole in the wall and a door knob barely hanging on. The WiFi was super slow, cutting in and out, and the room felt cramped. The floors were sticky, and the cleanliness was questionable at best.

Check-in was a piece of cake thanks to Naveen, who was super helpful at 11 p.m. Got into our King Room, Smoking and it was clean with comfy linens. Plus, I was surprised by the big flat screen and working microwave.

It wasn't exactly a steal, but still acceptable for what we got.
